Wemaxa / WORK

Capability studies, not fabricated case studies.

Wemaxa shows the kinds of digital systems it can design and build without inventing client names, conversion percentages or confidential results. These studies describe realistic project shapes, the decisions involved and the technical layers that typically sit behind the interface.

Company and product websites

A serious company site is more than a homepage. The work usually begins with page architecture: positioning, service or product detail, comparison, proof, process, pricing context, contact paths and the information a buyer needs before starting a conversation. Wemaxa designs those pages as a connected system so the navigation, typography and calls to action remain consistent while individual pages can still have their own visual emphasis.

A redesign also has migration responsibilities. Existing URLs, search traffic, analytics, forms, content ownership and CMS data have to be accounted for before the old site is replaced. Redirects, canonical URLs, metadata, image assets and structured content are part of the launch plan rather than post-launch cleanup.

AI knowledge and workflow systems

A common AI project is not a public chatbot with access to everything. It is a controlled workflow that accepts a specific input, retrieves approved information, produces structured output and either returns an answer or triggers a limited next action. The surrounding application defines permissions, source boundaries, logging, error handling and what happens when the model cannot produce a valid result.

Examples include internal document search, support triage, structured extraction, lead qualification, knowledge assistants with citations and editorial tools that prepare drafts for human review. The technical work can involve embeddings or other retrieval methods, document ingestion, model APIs, schema validation, tool calls, usage controls and interface states for latency or failure.

Operational dashboards and portals

Dashboards and portals begin with roles and tasks. A customer, employee, manager and administrator may need different views of the same records and different permissions to change them. Wemaxa maps those actions before designing screens so the interface does not imply capabilities that the backend cannot safely authorize.

The finished system can include authentication, tables, filters, search, file workflows, notifications, audit trails, exports and API integrations. Data modeling matters as much as the visual design because the interface has to represent real record states, validation rules and history.

Commerce and transaction flows

An ecommerce project connects product data, merchandising, search, cart state, payments, fulfillment information and customer support. The design has to make variant selection, price, availability, delivery information and return conditions understandable without overloading the product page.

Platform choice affects ownership and maintenance. WooCommerce can be appropriate when a client wants direct control of hosting and the WordPress ecosystem. A hosted commerce platform can reduce infrastructure work but introduces platform-specific constraints. Custom integrations are justified when operational systems such as inventory, ERP, CRM or specialized pricing need to participate in the transaction flow.

Launch and continuing operation

A production release needs more than final CSS. Environment configuration, forms, analytics, redirects, backups, cache behavior, error reporting and third-party credentials all have to be verified against the live domain. Application projects may also need database migrations, background jobs, monitoring and rollback procedures.

Maintenance is optional and scoped separately. Clients can operate completed custom work internally, ask Wemaxa to handle continuing updates, or move maintenance to another competent provider. Third-party software and hosted platforms remain subject to their own accounts and licenses.
